This policy explains what personal data Tisnel LLC ("Tisnel", "we") processes through the tisnel.com website and through the applications we publish, why, and what your rights are.
1. Who is responsible

2. What this policy covers
- The tisnel.com website.
- The applications published by Tisnel, currently Afus. The data handled inside the Afus app (accounts, shop data, devices, backups) is described in detail in the Afus privacy policy, which applies to the app.
3. The tisnel.com website
- No cookies, no trackers, no analytics. This website does not set any cookie, does not use any analytics or advertising tool, and does not load any font, script or image from another company's servers. It works without JavaScript.
- Server logs. Like any web host, our host, Hostinger, records technical data for each visit: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and the page you came from. - Messages. When you write to us, by email or with the contact form (which only opens your own email app), we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to answer you and keep them for up to 3 years after our last exchange, unless the law requires a longer period. Our mailbox is hosted by Hostinger.
4. The apps we publish
For Afus, the main data is: your account (email, name, shop name and country), your shop data (products, stock, sales, customers you record), device identifiers created by the app, and licence records. The shop data is stored with our provider Supabase, on Amazon Web Services servers in Ireland. Online payments are handled by Polar, which acts as merchant of record: Polar processes your payment details, and we never see your card number. All details are in the Afus privacy policy.
5. Why we use data
- To run and secure our website and apps (legitimate interest).
- To provide the service you signed up for or the licence you bought (contract).
- To keep the records that tax and accounting laws require (legal obligation).
- To answer your messages (legitimate interest, or your request).
6. Who receives data
We never sell personal data and never share it for advertising. Data is shared only with the providers that run our services (Hostinger for the website and email, Supabase for app data, Polar for online payments), with the local resellers who sell activation codes when you buy from them, and with authorities when the law requires it.
7. International transfers
Tisnel LLC is a US company managed from Morocco, and our providers operate in several countries. Your data may therefore be processed in the United States, in the European Union and in Morocco. We choose providers that commit to protecting it.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Depending on where you live, laws such as Moroccan law no. 09-08 or the EU General Data Protection Regulation give you these rights. Write to contact@tisnel.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Morocco, the CNDP).
9. Children
Our website and apps are made for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
10. Security
The website is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers. In our apps, access to data is limited to each shop and checked by the server.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
