These terms apply to the use of the tisnel.com website and set the general conditions of the licences for the applications published by Tisnel LLC ("Tisnel", "we"). By using this website or buying a licence, you accept them.
1. Who we are
Tisnel LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, USA. Address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Email: contact@tisnel.com.
2. Product terms
Each application has its own detailed terms, which complete these general terms and prevail for that product. For Afus, see the Afus terms of use and sale.
3. Use of this website
This website presents our company and our products. It is free to use. You agree not to misuse it: no attempt to break into it, overload it or copy it in bulk. We may change or interrupt it at any time.
4. Intellectual property
The names Tisnel and Afus, the logos, the texts, the images and the software are the property of Tisnel LLC. You may not reproduce them without our written permission, except for short quotes with a link to the source. The screenshots show a demo shop with made-up products, customers and amounts. The website uses the Noto Sans font, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
5. Links
This website links to afus.app, which we also publish, and to some third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites.
6. Licences for our apps
- Digital products only. Our licences are delivered in the app; nothing is shipped.
- Yearly, paid once. A licence lasts one year and is never renewed automatically. The price is the one shown on the product website at the time of purchase.
- Right of use. A licence gives a right to use the app for one shop during its term, within the device limit of its plan. It does not transfer the software: you may not copy, resell, modify or reverse engineer it.
- Payment. Online payments go through Polar, which acts as merchant of record; Polar's own terms apply to the payment. Activation codes can also be bought from local resellers.
- Refunds. See our Refund Policy.
7. Your data
See our Privacy Policy. The data you enter in our apps belongs to you.
8. Liability
We do our best to keep this website and our apps available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability related to a licence is limited to the amount you paid for it in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits the mandatory rights of consumers.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. A licence already bought keeps the price and duration accepted at the time of purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Wyoming. Where the terms of a product set a different rule, those terms apply to that product.
